The Meixi Lake International Culture and Art Center was designed by Zaha Hadid, a famous female architect who won the Pulitzer Prize, the highest prize in architecture.The whole building is all curved and has a special-shaped steel structure roof, with large amplitude, high frequency, large coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, and the waterproof material is required to have super elongation. The roof is a concave structure with large structural curvature. There are hundreds of thousands of T-codes and crossing points. The structure is complex and cannot be repaired once it leaks. The construction of the project is complex, difficult to waterproof and has strict requirements for waterproof quality, which can be rated as world-class. The waterproof quality goal is zero leakage and zero maintenance, and the durability of waterproof layer must match the service life of the main building.
After the base surface was treated, the details of the weak waterproof parts such as vertical lock T-code, low vertical edge bite, purlin bracket and low vertical edge joint, gutter and low vertical edge joint were treated in detail, and finally large-scale spraying was carried out.
